3 Natural Gas rate is the most recent Winter Domestic Heat net rate for KeySpan Natural Gas. Winter rate begins on November 1. Monthly customer charge is not included in the average. Rate is for first 80 therms only, rate is reduced after 80 therms.
4 A therm equals 100,000 Btu (British Thermal Units)
5 Natural Gas rate for beyond the first 80 therms.
